This business is a total rip-off. I bought a vehicle through Manheim and tried to arrange towing with them the very next day. Their receptionist was completely useless no timeframes, no help, just said it might take “a couple of weeks.” Because of that vague response, I went with my own tow company. Poor communication, and unethical practices within this business bordering unlawful. Needed a car towed to Melbourne. Before a set day for the tow was even confirmed, we were contacted that the truck was already en route to collect the car and we were pressured to have it ready. A quote was given but no specifics were discussed about time of payment and this was left open ended.
