Poor communication, and unethical practices within this business bordering unlawful. Needed a car towed to Melbourne. Before a set day for the tow was even confirmed, we were contacted that the truck was already en route to collect the car and we were pressured to have it ready. A quote was given but no specifics were discussed about time of payment and this was left open ended. My car was repaired beautifully. Good communication. The only problem was the time it took, which was beyond O'Neill's control. Very happy. Would recommend.
