I dropped off my hedge clippers last December, picked it up a few days later when they called. Asked tech to start it up for me but couldn’t get it running. Was told owner will need to look at it. Came back again when owner was there, said something needed adjusted and he was able to start it. Went to use it last week, it would not stay running longer than a few seconds. Steer clear of this clown! Guy comes to my house to fix my husqvarna 254 zero turn. Tells me the wiring harness is shot. There is water in the gas. And a bad solenoid. I asked how much for the repair. He says $2500. Then he tells me the mower new is $12,000. I laughed because my dad paid $3000 for it. So, I paid him his $200 service charge for 10 minutes of service and booted him off my property. Needless to say. I installed a new solenoid and put new gas in my mower. Runs like a top. Stay away!! Took my Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower there due to a loud noise that started and was related to the drive train or when I released the brake. Jonathan was prompt in looking at the mower on the same day but misdiagnosed the issue and told me that my transmission oil was dry and both hydrostatic transmissions would need replaced costing more than $4,000.
