Took my Cub Cadet Zero Turn mower there due to a loud noise that started and was related to the drive train or when I released the brake. Jonathan was prompt in looking at the mower on the same day but misdiagnosed the issue and told me that my transmission oil was dry and both hydrostatic transmissions would need replaced costing more than $4,000. I literally called him at 9:30am this morning and he was at my house at 10am. He fixed my snow blower in less than 45 minutes and it is running like a charm. Johnathan is a great small business owner. From one business owner to another, thank you!!!

Jonathan does timely, quality work. So why the 2 star review? Because Jonathan will also increase the scope of work mid-way through a mobile repair, not tell you the new cost, and then at checkout, claim you actually agreed to the full price sheet hidden on the back of a business card he handed you when he arrived, but that you didn’t have a chance to read yet. I called at about 3:45 on Monday afternoon hoping to get someone to come this week to fix my snowblower. Jonathan said he’d be here within the hour. It was closer to half an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it running in about 45 minutes. That included installing a new carburetor. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw from a local ace hardware, and had nothing but issues with it. Multiple trips to the store for service and it still wasn't right, it was arguably worse. Jonathan took a look at it, and had my saw 15 minutes before he had it dialed in. Two years trouble free since. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
