They have had our boat over 2 years now- we were blamed for the lack of communication on their part. The boat went in for repair and shortly after our lives got incredibly chaotic so we just left it alone because we had no need for the boat on the water. We have now been trying to follow up for nearly a year after making a 10,000 payment on something that originally was quoted for significantly cheaper. I didn’t pay attention to the reviews but stay away from this place. No phone calls updating me and same condition as when I brought the boat in and it cost me $1000. Please don’t go here.

Took my boat here over a year ago, after several attempts, it still isn't running. $7,500 later and boat still doesn't run. Terrible communication. They "attempted" to fix the boat twice. Never once did we get a quote until he shows up with a $4,000 bill after already paying him over $3,000. We even went to his shop and he suddenly wasn't there. Didn't honor 1-year warranty.

Terrible communication, and will flat out rip you off by taking your money, and not having the craftsmanship skills to perform what they have been paid for. Owner Jesse Oneill exist until he collects your money then no longer can be reach by customers or his employees.

Why would you trust your boat to a business that confirms an appointment in writing then doesn't show up? Then, after missing the scheduled visit, said they'd follow up to reschedule. but didn't, even after I called again hours later. I was left frustrated and stranded, thankfully on land and not at sea. Puget Sound would be a rough place to find out your service provider can't follow through. Word to the wise, double check who you're entrusting with your boat.
