I know O”Neil electric does amazing work on large scale projects but was hesitant to reach out about a small issue I was having at our home. Just thought maybe it was too small of a job for them. Nope they had someone out the next day and fixed in an hour. Great company run by an amazing team.

Technician spent all of 5 minutes analyzing why 3 circuit breakers kept tripping in my basement then went shopping for almost an hour for replacements even though I preemptively sent photos of my breaker panel for clarification. After $700 for 3 new breakers my problem persisted 2 days later. Complete waste of my money and time.

Beware !!! They will give you an arrival window and then not show up . Then they show up 90 minutes late and want you to pay the bill. Dan will threaten you with collections . The wonderful customer service agent gave me a 9 am to 12 pm arrival window , I waited until 1 pm and left . The technician tried to contact me at 1:26 p.m., a full 86 minutes past the time I was told . Your office tried to contact me at 1:51 pm .

O'Neill Electric is absolutely the best! I am a realtor and have worked with O'Neill at least 15 times over the past several years.
