On Friday 24 July rang Capalaba office and requested a plumber, I was given an appointment for Monday 27 July, 2020. The appointment was for 12.30pm to 1.30pm. I waited until 2.40pm for the plumber to arrive but did not show. Rang the Capalaba office and spoke with Shelley and could not give me an answer why the the plumber did not show up. Cancelled the service , wasted time and my day off. Terrible service and would not waste my time again with this company.
Very happy with service, polite and on time and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend
