I have used O'Neil Service on numerous occasions for my 2001 Dodge Dakota and 2014 Ford Expedition. I have always been satisfied with their work and customer service. My most recent experience went above my expectations as they honored a manufacturer warranty for a service they did not perform. Definitely a garage to consider for your long term service needs. I will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!
I have never been so impressed and at ease with a repair service. Jim, Charlie, Chris, Amanda - all are great people and know how to treat a customer! Dealt with the repair service for over ten years and NEVER had an experience that made me not trust them - they only do what is needed unless you specifically tell them to do more.. I'm regretting buying a 'new to me' vehicle with the extended warranty because now, if anyone other than the dealer's service center does ANYTHING to the vehicle, they warranty could be void.
