Alex fixed my $3k headlight issue for a fraction of the price. The quote I received over the phone is what I paid. Alex was transparent about the process and explained what I should expect. He was also familiar with the common issue on these headlights. Worked around my schedule, and called me with updates. Great experience.
Attention to Detail! Perfection! Excellent Customer Service! This is the only way I would describe this place. Stumbled up on this place when I was going to my Uncle's body shop (which was only a few blocks away from ONEighty) to replace a headlight on my Audi A8L. I delt with Alex, who was extremely helpful. Ended fixing my headlight there for a fraction of the cost comparing to buying a new one. Working with Alex at Oneighty was a smooth and easy experience. He was very understanding of my situation and busy schedule, and he was patient when it took me some time to bring the car in. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
Emailed these guys seeing they had good reviews and seem to do good work and turned out to be exactly that. Dealt with Alex, we discussed my goals, set a plan gave me a timeline, and away we went. They made sure it was done right until the end! Great experience and will definitely refer friends!
