Clean and very comfortable
We were here forever my birthday last weekend. I booked a room with 2 double beds and a roll in shower since I use a walker and a cane. When we got there the man behind the counter was so soft spoken and said something about switching our rooms, I said that's fine as long as it has 2 beds and roll in shower. Got the keys and went up, he fave us a room with a tub. So does we go back to get our right room . They didn't gave anymore and the dude gave ours away on purpose to someone else. Hotel staff is non-existent. They don’t turn the rooms overnight. Good luck finding anyone who has worked there for any amount of time; high turnover. Check your credit card after you stay here. The front desk is inexperienced and doesn’t know how to apply prepaid reservations so they double-charge your personal card when the room was prepaid by Expedia. I’ve called four times and never get a human being. This place needs new management.
