Oneida Heat and Air put in my unit several years back but now i can't get them to come work on it and it has quit in 80-85 degree weather. You cannot stand to be upstairs because it is so hot. I called Friday and he said he will be at my house that evening but never showed or called. On Monday, June 21st, 2025, Oneida Heating and Air spoke with a tenant at a rental property to assist with a HVAC issue and agreed to come out that evening (after 4:30).. however they did not show up nor did the tenant receive a call to reschedule.. instead it’s been crickets..
