One year wait to be a new patient. Oneida health care administrators... I think it's time to expand your care and hire more medical staff. The lady answering the phone could probably use help too, she sounded like this wasn't fun news for her to give.
Their favorite line.... " I dont know, go to emetgency room". So why bother going to them??
My mother, my boyfriend, and I all have Jessica as a doctor. She is super nice and down to earth and doesn’t act like she is better than you. She makes you feel comfortable and listens. A1 doctor in my book.
Great customer service. Always pleasant and kind. Never feel hurried. Takes time and listens. When talking on the phone, very well mannered and professional.
I am very happy having followed Jessica Donaldson from Camden Family Care to Oneida Health Family Care. She is very professional, knowledgeable, she listens and she cares. As far as I'm concerned, she's the best. As far as the rest of the health care professionals and front desk area, they are also the best. Thanks for being here.
