Over the past year or so I’ve struggled finding parts for my TYM 723 tractor, found Oneida online which is almost 2hrs away and have probably ordered 4-5 different things from them and had shipped directly to my house. They have always gone above and beyond to either find the part or call me back after searching for it. 100% one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service in a long time these guys are great.
I want to personally Thank the team at Oneida Equment. They help me pick out a tractor to fit my needs. From start to finish the process was less than a week. And the tractor showed up at my door.
