I am not sure if this post will ever get to the supervisor of a lady, named Evette, who works in Oneida County Health Department, but I surely hope so. I didn't understand my bill and as a result, I continued to 'pay too much'. She began two bills ago, putting a little note, "Do not pay, you have a credit".
