You will not be able to reach dr. Banta when you need to. I have tried twice to get medication adjustment for surgery and a serious infection. I knew that one of my medications interacted with antibiotics and motrin and was left to make the adjustments myself. I even told the receptionist that it was important that he get the message and was assured the nurse would call me. Doctors and nurses are very professional.
Went in for a Medicare wellness visit and Dr. picket wound not answer any of my wellness questions. He said make an appointment and schedule another appointment for questions and answers. Thought that was absolutely ridiculous.
I went in to get my A1c checked, and generally, I go to the clinic in Pocatello. I get the results before I even leave my visit. It’s been four days, and I still haven’t heard back from his clinic. The office staff are not very friendly. Nobody in the clinic seems very happy, even the doctors. This review is for the Clinic in Malad
