I am not the one to write a bad review from one experience, yet this company really deserves it. Pretty much the things that the previous reviews say are fully true - no objections. I was in the hospital and my doctors office, case manager and insurance authorization were all in contact and completed with a discharge order. The only thing I required was delivery of my oxygen(couldn’t be released without it being delivered) and other medical items. 3rd day in hosp waiting for delivery. Cant go home without it. One excuse after another. Humana has to get rid of this company or i need new insurance
Incredibly incompetent staff, unable to read prescription and instructions. Fortunately I was able to reassign my prescription to a different supply house.
Very disorganized and careless. Equipment deliveries did not arrive 5 days in a row, but they always have a reason why the deliveries did not occur. No courtesy phone calls to update the patient.
I concur with the other reviews...one star is far to high!
