I utilized their link for the Safe Driving Test.Spent $90 at the guidance of their insurance company,and never received my certificate until a year later.When I received my certificate it was not the 5hr safety course and I was told by several employees that it’s not their problem.I was carelessly instructed to take an entire course for which I do not need.Not at all helpful,Rude,Slow and useless.
Extremely slow service. I have my home and business policy with them. I’ve had a few small issues and questions and it always takes over a week for them to even respond to emails.
