Up until the past few weeks, I have been happy with Oneflare. I have an annual $2k contract for leads. From February, the lead volume dropped significantly. Now please understand that leads are expensive and you need a lot of them to filter for quality. You might win 1 in 5 of the good ones, so the cost per conversion is typically $650. (Points are about $1.0 each on a large annual plan and it's about 130 points for a good lead. Smaller lead purchases are nearer to $2 per point and not economical). I don’t think any tradies is dealing with them any more. We put work inquiries with them Wait a whole week and get no quotes or any response. You can’t even ring them. They don’t respond
This company is absolutely rubbish and has gone to the dogs. I will give zero stars but it’s not possible. I have been a subscriber to their service since the company started and after eight weeks of no leads I called them today to learn that they let go their entire management team and have not been promoting the services I have subscribed to. I have tryed calling the sales phone keep getting support i have been with this company for over 12 years i am a gardener now for some reason lawn mowing jobs are costing me 50 to 70 credits a quote compard to to cple of weeks ago its was 7 to 10 credits a job i pay premium listing as well no phone calls been waiting for 4 days for a manager to ring me back from sales.
