Worst company I have ever come across. They lied about clients receiving 3 quotes, in reality, clients are being flooded with 50+ quotes at a time. It’s a complete free-for-all, with people undercutting each other for peanuts. When I called to speak to my account manager, I was told they “no longer work here” and that the company doesn’t even have account managers anymore. No communication, no accountability, no support. I have just joined oneflare 1month ago and asked refund after few days after i joined one flare member. Now i am waiting for manager call to discuss about this matter. I was looking for commercial cleaning and office cleaning. One of consultant ( john) said i can get 15 jobs per month, but i have not seen any yet. It is really different what he said. I want to get money back but no ones contact me. I sent email many times but they say just wait your account manager will contact you soon. I am waiting for more than 4 days now... read more

My experience with Oneflare in my description as a registered Builder, a fine waste of time and money. Starting from the company to its tyre kicking, time wasting so called people interested in my trade services. In three months, I only got one decent job from their platform. They just use your quote to haggle with someone else. This all suits Oneflare to a tee, because tradesmen just advertise more to gain work. It's an organised scam to how it works. I hired a man named Patrick through OneFlare and he work for Balter building services to do decking at my house. He assured me he could complete the job properly. Unfortunately, the decking took a very long time and the workmanship was very poor. It was not done to an acceptable standard. After this, Patrick told me he could also do kitchen work and install sliding doors. He sounded confident and professional, so I agreed.
