One flare used to be great when you could top up manually and pay for individual quotes. Now you have to buy a package which expires in 30 days… I’ve had two leads in 30 days so I’ve wasted my money. Not suitable for small businesses at all.
Can never call them only can email and you get overseas people. No longer offering refunds regardless if the phone number works or not or the email they are there just a line their pockets with money. this company does not care about You or your business They will not even review the messages you sent through the platform to potential customers Showing that you’ve tried to reach them when they do not respond.
Up until the past few weeks, I have been happy with Oneflare. I have an annual $2k contract for leads. From February, the lead volume dropped significantly. Now please understand that leads are expensive and you need a lot of them to filter for quality. You might win 1 in 5 of the good ones, so the cost per conversion is typically $650. (Points are about $1.0 each on a large annual plan and it's about 130 points for a good lead. Smaller lead purchases are nearer to $2 per point and not economical). I don’t think any tradies is dealing with them any more. We put work inquiries with them Wait a whole week and get no quotes or any response. You can’t even ring them. They don’t respond
