Nothing but great things to say! I've been getting laser hair removal on my face and the results have been fantastic. The laser they use barely hurts at all compared to how effective it is. Catie and the rest of the staff are wonderful!

Jamie truly listens and gives honest recommendations, never pushing unnecessary procedures. The whole team is welcoming, skilled, and makes every visit a five-star experience.
Catie H at One11RX is amazing! I went in for Botox for TMJ and she made the whole process so easy.(I was so anxious) She was super informative, gentle, kind, and honestly just so relatable—it instantly put me at ease. Such a great experience that I’m already excited to go back and try more of what the med spa offers!
I always have such a great experience at this med spa! Jamie is my injector and she is amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, and so warm. The entire staff is always so welcoming and make me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Kaileigh is the absolute cutest, friendliest person to walk into at the front desk. I loved the little touches like snacks and a cozy atmosphere, plus they are so informative about everything. Highly recommend!!!!!! BEST in CENTRAL MASS!
