Very disappointing encounter. She was 45 minutes late first of all. Then during consult, she was overall in a condescending and even scolding manner. Well I am sorry that I didn’t already know what she knew. But isn’t it her job as a doctor to try to understand a patient’s perspective/concern and genuinely help develop a better health literacy? I recently had the Extreme Pleasure of meeting Dr.Ooneka Williams and her Lovely Staff ! I went there Very Concerned and Worried about my Health. Dr Williams with a Very Kind, Courteous, and Patient Manner, Listened to and Heard All of my Worries ! With her Abundance of Knowledge and Love, Dr. Williams took her time and not only addressed my Immediate Health Issues, but also gave me "The Gift of Strength and Hope" for my Future ! For all of this Dr. Williams, I am "Forever Grateful" Very Sincerely, Ginger Aspell
Dr. Williams is a warm, sincere and caring doctor. Her treatment has made me a new person. It absolutely has changed my life. I would encourage any woman with incontinence issues to seek help, there might be a treatment for you. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams.
So disappointing. In the first visit the doctor stuck her head in for less than 2 minutes saying I would have to receive a pre-testing procedure prior to surgery. Next contact from office said they didn't have a nurse for the invasive procedure yet. Third contact was a planned virtual visit with the doctor. When she called on phone (not the Mass General zoom as planned), she was 20" late and didn't know why she was calling. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and patient. I feel blessed that she made herself available to me during a very difficult time.
