So disappointing. In the first visit the doctor stuck her head in for less than 2 minutes saying I would have to receive a pre-testing procedure prior to surgery. Next contact from office said they didn't have a nurse for the invasive procedure yet. Third contact was a planned virtual visit with the doctor. When she called on phone (not the Mass General zoom as planned), she was 20" late and didn't know why she was calling. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and patient. I feel blessed that she made herself available to me during a very difficult time.
Dr. Williams and her staff are wonderful. She answered all my questions patiently and was very gentle during the procedure I had. I feel grateful to have found her!
I actually look forward to seeing Dr. Williams. I have a rather large kidney stone and she has been monitoring it for a few years. She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable and she is absolutely wonderful and caring to talk with. An all-round wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her.
