Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )
Was told to contact this place for help with my depression and anxiety. Needed an IOP I could afford. Left a VM and still haven't heard back from them 2 months later. It sucks that I can't get treatment.
Was told to contact this place due to issues w an ex who had been physically abusive to me prior to my leaving the situation, and continues to harrass me 2 yrs later. At first they seemed understanding. I had made multiple police reports and not only have police lied to me, they also basically told this man where I live.
