Easy to use at home test with easy to follow instructions. Followed by comprehensive report with great consultation explaining the results, options and recommendation.
Once I got the test kit, things were quick, easy, and gave me the info I needed. But there was some confusion before the kit shipped; I got several emails and incomplete robo voicemails telling me to do the questionnaire even though I already had, and the emails also were unclear about if I needed a video consult ahead of time.
