SCAM: superbill fraud The products are fine, but if you need insurance reimbursement, don't count on Sleep Doctor for usable paperwork. I bought my home sleep study, CPAP machine, and nearly a year of supplies here, more than $2,500 across 24 orders. Their website says they'll give you a "superbill" to submit to your insurer. After waiting over a just for the equipment at least a dozen messages to staff two masks multiple times I've stated how the pressure is so high it blows the mask off my face I'm left with no options with a 1200 piece of crap equipment to be able to adjust it myself I have tried both nasal and full face mask spending the highest amount for the most expensive one they have for the requirements that I need and still wake up multiple times once the ramp time expires and the thing kicks on to Jet mode and then air blowing out of ... read more
Loved the service and the product! Sleep Doctor made the whole process simple, fast, and stress‑free.
Although the equipment is one time use, the information that was recorded told the whole story. I feel that I can move forward with enough knowledge to get help-.
The at home sleep test was easy and shipped quickly, and the consultation was quickly scheduled and the doctor was nice and explained my results well. Overall its been a pleasant experience.
