My daughter is in the postpartum period & had a vaginal culture come back positive for infection & is highly symptomatic. She has called the office numerous times over the past 2 days to have an antibiotic called into the pharmacy for her. She has been told repeatedly the doctor will call her back & now the office is closed & she has not received a call back. This blatant disregard for the health & wellness of their patient is inexcusable. It’s as if they are waiting for her to be hospitalized with sepsis at this rate.
Very disappointing experience. The staff showed no empathy or concern when I reached out with an urgent issue. Instead of helping or offering any guidance, they told me to just wait for my appointment, which was weeks away. For a women’s health clinic, this lack of care and compassion is unacceptable. They made me feel completely dismissed and uncared for. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine medical support or understanding.
Surely all these reviews can’t be all accurate for I have the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced …wait oh I never actually got treated me since I was on wait for over an hour with no courteous notification. I stormed out after getting a smug advice if I want to reschedule and why would I after all these runaround with limited providers. I’m seeking other appropriate providers and staff that are more empathetic to their patients.
Went through this office for my first pregnancy, ideally wanted to go to an office that had midwives which was easily achieved here! Day of my delivery went great, everyone respected by birth plan and allowed me to adjust based on my needs at the time. My baby was delivered by Lisa and the team at MMH , couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The group followed up with me each day I was in the hospital. Overall, enjoyed my experience with the midwives and nurse practitioner as I was primarily seen by them!
I loved this place for my first pregnancy which I was seen only by midwifes. Unfortunately after major changes they went through for my second pregnancy which ended up being a loss I was seen by only nurses so annoying. Like you pay so much to be seen by NP. And I was told about my loss with a NP! Unprofessional
