I am a client at this facility. It's main office is in Archdale, NC. I have never had any problems with this company. The nurse, owner, and other employees as well as my own PCA have treated me with the utmost care and concern. My worker is getting ready to retire. I have been with her for at least 12 years with no problems or disagreements. She is like family to me. She will be missed but Onecare will waste no time getting someone to care for and help me. I am grateful for this company.
The ladies at One Care in Archdale were so good to my mother and I. They were understanding and helpful at the most difficult time of our lives. I would recommend them to any family needing care for their loved one.
