This AC Service provider "One Call Mechanical and Services" are horrible. First of all I don't think they have the proper skill. They showed up in my house, looked at the AC, and left a short note. After that I called them at least 6 times - they did not show any curtsey to call me back to tell me the next course of actions to be taken. I had to call OneGuard home warranty to contact them and still did not have any response from them.
