Most uneducated insurance pushers ever. Every year there is an issue getting insurance through them. They are not knowledgeable about the plans they are pushing. This year they have provided only information for the Independent Health Plans and due to a "website error" they do not have information for other plans available. They push talking to a rep over the phone which is horrible for those that need to compare costs of different plans. How is someone supposed to retain that much information over the phone?
