Bike fit was awesome and Daniel is very knowledgeable alongside the patience in listening to my queries and understanding how I ride. Would highly recommend!
First time I had a bike fit for over 4 hrs. And it was well worth it. Very precise biomechanics done to me. After all the adjustments and changes on my bike, I just love riding it. I felt the difference on my pedal spin. More power transfer , good comfort on the bike and not feeling fatigue. Thank you so much Dan. In saying that, I highly recommend Dan ( Retul Bike fitter) for your bike fit.
This is my second time at the stroke correction clinic (all intentions of continuing the swim thing post 1st crack, but, life) and I have to say, Dan's delivery is one of the reasons for my return. Plain, simple and easy instructions delivered in just the right amount so as not to overthink a heap of stuff. Did a 4 hour bike fit with Daniel. As a new cyclists I Was sceptical of the price and if it would make much difference but after learning the in-depth knowledge of all ins and outs of the bike fit I believe it was worth every penny. I was initially hunched over resulting in poor posture and neck pain but after the bike fit I have noticed significant improvements and it was helpful to see myself on the screen and how my poor posture was causing the problem. Would 100% recommend coming here to get a bike fit. I received so much education about my bike and the bike fit process. I learnt about my weaknesses and how to improve on them and the process didn’t feel intimidating at all. Would definitely go back again for any future bikes I get ◡̈
