A culture shock. Extremely micromanaged. Poor on-boarding process. Extreme Lack of Diversity. During my tenure it was nothing unordinary to hear insensitive remarks towards minorities who I also heard referred to as "Colored People". It seems this company did not hire anyone since the 70's. The atmosphere desperately needs diversity training. Daily unconscious bias. Felt like I time traveled to when segregation was first lifted.
