JUST NEEDED A PAST BANK STATEMENT AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO IT WAS NEVER GENERATED? SO NO ITS NOT AN OPTION? WHAT KIND OF BANK DOESNT HAVE COPIES FOR CUSTOMERS?? STAY AWAY FROM ONE AZ CREDIT UNION!!! GO TO BANK OF AMERICA OR CHASE FOR BANKING!!!!
Patrick was extremely helpful. He was able to take care of my needs which 3 phone calls to the call center wasn’t able to do. He quickly changed my address but on top of that he was able to transfer a credit balance from 1 acct to another and show me how to stop payment on my mobile app to that acct which wasn’t to clear for me to do on my own. Patrick was awesome!
