My favorite branch, great costumer service, very efficient & polite.
OneAZ use to be great. I’ve been a member for years and financed two cars. I’ve stuck with them but they have started charging for everything. Fees to do anything. They won’t allow you to move money out of your own accounts. ATM fees. Small atm limits. Awful.
Came in having some problems that I couldn’t figure out myself. Kelsey was able to not only fix what happened, but listened to me complain and put me in a good mood again. Would highly recommend working with Kelsey at One Az!
I want to give a review about the amazing customer service I received from Lance Harris at OneAz Gilbert location yesterday.
