Kelsey Enger at the Gilbert branch has made me feel very appreciated as a member of OneAZ CU. She continues to make banking services her top priority, I am grateful.
4/5 stars due to making a appointment but had to wait sometime after appointment request to be assisted. When I was able to be assisted Travis Duran was very helpful/professional. I was in the process of buying a vehicle that my company was selling and he was very thorough to make sure both me and the representative selling the vehicle had complete understanding on how the process works.
Highly recommend OneAZ, especially this branch. Kelsey was very helpful and provided great customer service.
Sandra is my go to person when I go to the branch. Always very helpful in completing our transactions. Very helpful and knowledgeable for any transaction I need to complete for our church and my personal account with One Az
