I loved the University branch, where everyone knew me by name, and later worked with Bonnie for years at the Orange Grove and Oracle location. The most unapologetically disrespectful and unprofessional business I've ever encountered. Opened this account freshly upon moving to Arizona and its been nothing but trouble. They lie to you in your face, don't return your calls and don't take accountability. Christina and the bank manager Tonya are definitely worthless and have made me feel like this is not a good place to put our money.
We are now huge fans of the Oro Valley OneAZ Credit Union! Our request was complicated and involved a time crunch since we were leaving town -- yet Cindy and Angelina were able to complete everything efficiently and kindly, even once we were on the road.
