Heather helped me with my making my car payment this month. She is always so helpful whenever I come in. Alejandra also helped me cash a check! Everyone at the branch feels like family! Dylan, Barb, Bri, Anthony and Ethan are also great!
I've become member of OneAZ since one month ago yet until now I still don't know what my account number is. The only thing I got from the manager was the debit card. I was told a letter would be sent to my mailing address. I haven't got the mail or email. Called to the customer service yielded nothing. What's going on?
