2025 - Anthony Bolis helped me take care of some open items and had excellent recommendations. Thank you, Anthony! . 2023 - I was having a tough day and stopped here to take care of some open items. Luckily Briana Hughes was available and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient, helpful, friendly and professional. She helped me with all the open items that I needed to take care of. I'm very grateful to Briana for her assistance today, which exceeded my expectations. She is the best!
Heather Arnone continues to be the best! She's the reason why I use One Az. My wife banks with Wells Fargo and tried to open a business account with them, and was denied with no reason given. Heather approved her immediately without an issue. We have used Heather for serval car loans and the process is always light-years easier than the bigger banks. Thank you Heather for being reachable and responsive - which is always my #1 priority when doing business with financial institutions.
Update: We contiune to work with Heather and we cannot say how wonderful it is to work with someone who takes your call and answers your email! I have banked with another large bank and it'a impossible to get any help from anyone but when having to work with Heather at OneAZ she really goes above and beyond! We have worked with Heather Arnone for several auto loans recently and she has been wonderful to work with making everything so easy and seamless. We will certainly use her again and recommend her to anyone.
I had a telephone appointment today with Briana from this branch location; her customer service was fantastic. She assisted me in making some changes/additions to my existing account, thoroughly explained the options available to me and answered all my questions in detail. With her assistance I was able to complete the documents online during our appointment. She was very personable and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you Briana!
