I love this Credit Union! I inquired last week about a refi on my car in North Scottsdale, Charlene J was quick to assist me, walk me through the process and the next day, the refi was completed! She make the process easy. I highly recommend the Scottsdale location!
Never mind. None of my debit or business cards worked. Called member services . Requested call back . No one called. Called again held for 35 minutes, than it hangs up. Called again they can’t find my account information. Had to go back to branch to figure out what was going on. Terrible. I wish I hadn’t opened an account here
I’ve been connected to OneAZ for over 15 years—originally introduced to them while I was in school up in Flagstaff. While I haven’t always been an active member, I’ve tried to maintain a relationship with them over the years. Unfortunately, that relationship has been filled with disappointments. Years ago, one of my accounts was abruptly closed without a proper explanation or willingness to hear my side. I had multiple issues with another branch setting up my auto loan, however this branch really made up for it. Anthony at the Scottsdale location was kind, patient and actively helpful to mitigate all the other branch’s issues. He made sure to go above and beyond in his interactions with me. Highly recommend the Scottsdale branch!
