I had some issues setting up my keypad and couldn’t figure it out on my own, so I reached out to the company. They were very responsive—they called me back promptly and also sent detailed email instructions to help me out. When I still had trouble getting it to work, they went the extra mile and sent a technician to my house the very next day. I've been with OneAZ Alarm for a long time and have to say they are definitely the Best! Homerun!
Logan was exceptional. Showed up early got right to work finished the job throughly and quickly and then walked me and my roommate through everything on the app as well as the wall monitor. 10/10 would recommend.

One AZ Alarm did a great job installing our new equipment. They made sure everything was working properly and patiently taught me how to use the system and navigate the app. The guys were very friendly and highly competent. I highly recommend one AZ!
