I had strep throat and had to get an antibiotic filled… for some reason when my profile was transferred over from Wendell drug, they marked that as an allergy … so he pharmacist REFUSED to give it to me even though I told him I could in fact take it then he told me “it was against the law to give it to me”… I’ve been a certified pharmacy technician for 27 years so in fact know it is not against the law … I had to wait to the next day to get it transferred and filled so I could start to feel better .. Where do I begin. I am an old customer from the Corner Drug store days and I must say I loved the old store. This one seems to have some issues with customer service and respect. Today. 4/21/2026 I went in to pick up my prescription and when I arrived I asked the young lady at the window to check the brand because I asked for in my health profile a specific brand.
