Amazing place, Yen Duong was absolutely fantastic. It was my first time at the osteopath and Yen got the perfect attitude and energy - she was very calm and reassuring. She helped me so much to recover my back, I cannot be enough thankful towards her and the practice. I recommend 200% this place and the osteopath Yen Duong! Jordan was a miracle worker!! He was very personable, thorough and attentive in my initial session. He used visuals to explain and explore the pain I described in my knee and used his knowledge to work out the pain I felt. His hands on approach was also incredible, I left our session feeling immensely better and 2 weeks later my pain remains subdued from his effective skills. Had a really great experience at One&All Studio! Cris was fantastic and helped a lot with the tension and overload in my shoulder and upper back. He was professional, attentive and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I already felt a noticeable improvement after one session and much more relaxed overall. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension or stress in the body!
I sought help at One&All as I had bad lower back pain. Lachlan treated me and diagnosed me with QL muscle strain. I went for several sessions and I’m now completely better and grateful to One&All. Their exercise program delivered through an app is also very good for practising between sessions.
I had a great experience and highly recommend One & All. Jordan was great to work with through my calf injury, providing great advice, effective therapy during our sessions and exercises to work on at home.
