Not very fast at unloading, has taken me almost 3 hours beyond said appointment time. Just not a very well motivated place. Other than that, no overnight parking i did however park by the fence just off of Frazier Pike just wasn't very pleasant with all the traffic that comes by! So I would say park at your own risk because it is a pretty busy road and you'll be at fault if hit.
Christopher the unloaded is awesome….!! Super fast and nice just talk too him like a real person and be real!!! But the shop Forman/ guy that sits in his office is very unprofessional probably need too take a class on kindness too carriers and needs too enforce his own rules does not like too be told anything that undermines his authority !!! Reviews are correct,appointment times are just a formality at this location evidently. Plan for a wait on one person unloading trucks .
Absolutely rude! I called to ask about material and she straight up told me did I search their website to check their inventory? I said no ma'am im actually on the job site and short on material so im calling around checking. "On your smart phone?" Yes on my smart phone, im in the middle of nowhere with bad internet service! Now im not gonna even spend my with yall after that conversation! I'll spend my money with a place with better customer service than this place!
