New patient at this office, and I could not be happier with their service. Dr. Russell might be the kindest person I’ve ever met (and a great dentist!).
Dr Russell and his staff deliver a world class experience on all fronts: quality, attitude and an excellently run office.
Dr. Russell O'Neal is excellent. I met him while my dentist was on leave. He saw me on short ntice, is extremely detail oriented, and explains every step while he works.
When I called, the Receptionist said there were several new openings in October. I asked for afternoons if possible, because of my schedule. She said that would be fine. I texted a few days later (today), to follow-up, while I was completing the intake paperwork with private information. The Receptionist now says they have no openings until the Spring. I asked a few questions because I was confused by this point. I’m confused as to how they could go from several openings to none at all. She acted like I should know everythin... read more
