Dr. Russell O'Neal is excellent. I met him while my dentist was on leave. He saw me on short ntice, is extremely detail oriented, and explains every step while he works.
When I called, the Receptionist said there were several new openings in October. I asked for afternoons if possible, because of my schedule. She said that would be fine. I texted a few days later (today), to follow-up, while I was completing the intake paperwork with private information. The Receptionist now says they have no openings until the Spring. I asked a few questions because I was confused by this point. I’m confused as to how they could go from several openings to none at all. She acted like I should know everythin... read more

Dr. Russell and his team are very professional. Communication is great, staff is great, and they were able to schedule me in the early morning as requested. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Original appointment was scheduled for later in the month; however, I was contacted when they had a cancellation and was able to schedule earlier than anticipated! Thanks so much! Hygienists and Dr. Russell are gentle, kind and caring. Thank you for being my dental care provider.
For many years my family and I have been patients at Dr. Russels office. It was always a pleasant experience until recently… I went in for my 6 month cleaning and the doctor told me it was time to remove a root canal crown to inspect underneath and replace it. Not knowing this was NOT covered under my dental insurance I said ok. Neither the doctor or anyone in his office ever spoke to me about cost, insurance coverage, nothing.
