I contacted Ms. O’Neal to represent me on a medical malpractice case. She asked me about the facts and said she would reach out to her expert OB/GYN to determine if I had a case. When I first approached Rachel about representing me she was very eager and excited about my case. I hired her in June and she said we would file by the end of Summer. As soon as I signed my contract and gave her a check for fees her communication began to rapidly decline. Unfortunately I had a very unacceptable experience with Ms O'Neal. She took my files and records and led me down a deep rabbit hole into her world of (personal & professional) laundry lists of excuses, confusion, time delays, contradictions, and poor communications. She emailed me at one point and reported misplacing my file - loaded with confidential personal information.
