Sean O'Neal has been extremely helpful as my insurance agent. He has bent over backwards to meet deadlines on my insurance policies, found several discounts and gaps in my coverage that other agents have not, and has responded to even the smallest of inquiries with a speed that the Flash himself would be proud of. Horrible service. I had a claim that wasn't taken care of. Also when I had to cancel a policy they weren't helpful claiming I had to take care of it. Very disappointed.
