I also would give this community and its management company 0 stars if able. The amount of HOA debt, legal issues, attorneys fees, etc. Developer still rents out most of the complex and allows his tenants to do whatever they please since he is president of HOA. Stay away. Save your money and a headache. It has been this way since inception. HOA and its members are aboit to be defendants in a class action lawsuit. Oh, and the noise from the airport is very pleasant all day :)
If I could award zero stars, I would definitely do so. The ONE61 homeowners association (HOA) is an absolute disaster. Let's delve deeper into the details.
