7pm onwards perfect time to go in this gym.. lots of equipment are vacant & great to hit shower/sauna after a nice workout! still looking forward on the swimming pool to be opened to public!
Easily the best gym in Sydney! Clean bathrooms, new equipment, great music, nice staff, fun group classes! Girls don't be afraid to use the weights! :)
Great friendly staff !
the Zumba classes are a must..Monday @ 5.30pm, Friday @ 6.30pm or Saturday @ 10.30am
