This place is terrible. They were contracted with my roadside assistance to provide a tow to my dealership of choice. I have been waiting for 4 hours. Roadside assistance reached back out to them and they said 45 mins. Still nothing. I called and then all of a sudden they could not provide the tow. This was a waste of my day and time. Now, I will be out of a vehicle for another day as my car won't get to the dealership until about 5 or so.
I have been going to this location for years was not aware of a new policy or management whereas towing is permitted, however upon calling this tow company the first guy I spoke to was very nice though he had to be the bearer of what most of us don’t want to hear 175 this gentleman was nice and was wanting to help and was willing to stay around for me to get my car , due to my illness( cancer) I told the gentleman o was not coming tonight and that I would be there next day following my treatment.
