We love our home, minus the fixes that still need to be done, but my biggest issue is with how the yard was/ still is completely destroyed by scraping off all the top soil (not replacing with good soil, but leaving clay and sand only), not leveling/grating properly, not having the seed done properly and in a rush and leaving a TON of garbage buried in the ground. We have found concrete, metal, nails, siding, plastic, soda cans buried all over. I had to pay for someone to come level my yard properly and they were also shocked... read more
