I completed my YTT200 with One-Yoga and Susan Smith last year and the experience changed my life! I went into it thinking I was simply going to learn how to teach a yoga class and I came out of it having learned so much more. I now have the tools I need to tune my body, mind and soul. It's worth every minute and every penny.
I took my YTT with One-Yoga back in September of 2015. What to say....it changed everything for the better, and I don't mean that in a cliche-typical way. One-Yoga's program encompases so much more than Yoga poses. The teacher training is a life changing experience and is not just for people that want to teach yoga. The YTT has encouraged me to pursue my career goals apart from world of yoga. Susan and her team offer expert guidance and teaching. Each of her teachers has unique and special gifts to share. One-Yoga's program is not about churning out teachers to teach poses, but rather sending out students to share the real gifts of yoga with the community.
One Yoga teaches so much more than physical poses. Susan and her team are caring and intuitive people that work to treat their clients holistically. I am lucky to have completed a teacher training with One Yoga and would recommend this company to anyone!
