It absolutely blows my mind this place currently has 4.8 stars and let me tell you why. I accompanied a friend who needed one acknowledgment notarized. The state of Texas has a maximum fee you charge for one acknowledgment, one signer, and that maximum fee is $6. When my companion told the notary public it was one acknowledgment, one signer, she said the fee was going to be $10. When my friend tried to tell her, no it’s max $6, she tried to argue the fee at first saying it was the owners discretion. My friend had to explain ... read more
