Nasty. Everything tasted nasty. The oxtail didn't look like oxtail. It was in this weird sauce. Waste of money.
It seems they add sugar to most their food, so some things are less savory than they should be. I’ve been eating Jamaican food my whole life and this isn’t authentic, probably more of a “Caribbean fusion” or something. Ordered the brown stew fish and it was pretty bland at best with a sweet flavor in the gravy - yuck. Jerk chicken is supposed to be spicy and seasoned, but this was also sweet-ish and just not authentic. Please hold up on the salt, this is a retirement community.
I ask for grill fish because of the medication my son take.when we receive the food look delicious, so I ask the young lady was this grill because it look fried. She reply it's grill. I found out it was fried. So I told all when going to port St Lucie Florida keep on and eat Authentic Jamaica food in West Palm Beach Florida.
