My family has been living here for a few years and it’s time to go. The thin walls are a small part of it, but the largest part is due to the subpar management. In no way do they make life easier at the apartment, but rather the complete opposite. My strongest recommendation is to not sign a lease here and go to any of the other hundreds of apartments nearby.
Who designed the building? Every entrance door has 375 written on it, atleast give A, B, C, D etc. How can any person who is New can find a way to the apartment quickly, had to walk so much by even following the map inside.
I cannot recommend living here to anyone as of August 2025. I've lived in 5 rentals in the last 5 years - so I am used to the regular apartment complex issues, but this one left an especially bad taste. I'll start simple. This place is overpriced. You are in a mid suburb, at a cookie-cutter apartment complex paying $2300 base rent for a single bedroom unit that is worth $1850 on a good day (which is what they charged a few years ago).
