★★★★★ Top-tier service from a stellar team! First time using One West Performance, but it definitely won't be my last. Cheyne and Taniya are an absolute husband-and-wife tag team running a remarkably well-organized shop. Their pricing is great, and they got my truck scheduled and wrapped up faster than expected. On top of that, they are actually one of the only companies around that takes the initiative to call you the moment your truck is finished and ready to go. They performed a turbo replacement for me and the executi... read more
Went in for brake job n brakes were spongy after job done cost 2400.00 Took back n said his job was fine. Took to another mechanic that said it needed master cylinder as its leaking oil into hydro booster and they left old brake line on. He also said he wouldn’t work on it again due to a small crack un frame but the crack was in a non structural area. He's great at explaining but when u pay that kinda money n have issues not impressed. Will never recommend or use them again
Highly recommend this shop run by a husband and wife team. My experience has been that most diesel shops seem to be Powerstroke first and also work on Dodge Cummins that's why I searched out a Cummins specialist and found them here at One West. Every bit of work they have done for me has been top notch. Very honestly run shop and they steered me in the right direction every time. Thank you Cheyne and Tanya.
Likely the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop. They're a great team.
He talked me through the process in easily understandable language and gave me some options. Reasonable rates too!
