Awful job with the delaminated concrete. They promised to fix. And promised to install flooring since we were going to stain the concrete. Then when time came to fixing they delayed and delayed and then ghosted us with no response. Now 9+ leaks with no response to fix even though both the concrete and metal building workmanship are under warranty. Also, 3 months delay with no remorse. Building a home SHOULD be an enjoyable experience BUT we quickly found out that building a new home is no joke and it's certainly NOT for the weak! Unfortunately, MANY contractors and subcontractors in our building experience, TREMENDOUSLY let us down, lied to us AND quite frankly, dropped the ball! I would like to express my happiness and gratitude for help me to put my building up, u guys are so professional and work with me and every details plus u guys know what u doing cuz the "city" give me so much problems but your drawings and blue prints are exactly what the city and regulations requested...so glad to come across with ONEWAY BUILDING... every single city inspections from the beginning passed with no problems never had any inconvenience from the concrete all the way to the roof.. thanks for your help.
