Got their flyer for 32 point inspection. What a joke, the person didn't do almost anything on the list. Walked in the house, turned down the ac by 10 degrees, walked around the house looking and left. Didn't stay to see if the temp changed, left the temp down low. Didn't vsc condensate drain, no algaecide tablets. DIDN'T CHECK FOR MOLD AND I KNOW WE HAVE SOME! TO TOP IT OFF THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS SAY THE DUCTING NEEDS REPLACED AND IT WOULD BE $12,000-$15,000. WE PREVIOUSLY WERE QUOTED $4000 FOR THAT SAME WORK!
Wow, this company is awesome!! Returned from vacation around 5:00 p.m. to find our AC not working, 91 degrees in the house. Called One Way and they were here within 2 hours. Beau diagnosed the problem and gave us 2 options: repair or replace. He explained details regarding each option and we elected to replace. 20 hours later -- yes, by 1:00 p.m. next day we were up and running. Can't say enough about their prompt, courteous service. Would recommend them to everyone.
