Timothy Serrano was our tech for a routine checkup. He was very nice and thorough. We have been very happy with One Way Air and all of their staff. They do a great job and everyone we have met so far has been top notch! Update: We are signed up for their maintenance plan so had a technician come out to check our system. My technician Tim was superb !! He was very professional, courteous & friendly. A plus was he even petted my dog !! And a bonus was the first visit fee was waived for signing on as a new customer !! Thank you Tim & One Way Air !! 😊

Great explanation on what was required to fix our HVAC unit. Then service technician Tim gave me all prices upfront and his store manager gave us discounts to lower costs. Coming back tomorrow with required electrical supplies needed to get complete work.
