Back to their old ways...extremely poor workmanship. Waited almost 3 weeks for installation of ac hood for my new air conditioner. Technician arrived 5 hours late. He gouged a 8" cut into the top of the unit. He damaged the vinyl siding around the ac and top. Hood did fit properly so he had to cut all around to make it fit...unit looks terrible. Worst experience ever they sent a man named Jesus out he charged me 285 for a five minute cleaning he left before the air started working he said it would in a couple hours it never started to work i called him he agreed to come back out however he wanted another 350 to fix the issue I declined the reaming and will never call these people again Iidk how they have 5 stars I wouldn't even have left them 1 star unless I had to to write the review which im pretty sure they pay for there reviews cause they didnt earn ... read more
