Have been trying to get the AC that they installed to pass the inspection since October and they are dragging their feet. They had to come out and fix it after it failed the first time and then charged us $600 to fix the mistake and the AC still isn't working properly, the next inspection also failed and they still haven't come out to fix the issues and keep trying to quote more to make the AC actually work, it's a brand new AC and the house won't get below 78 degrees during the day and takes forever to cool down at night. Even though we’ve been without ac, it’s been such a great experience with the company. We ran into issues with our warranty from the ac unit that was out of One Way Airs control but they worked hard to make sure we weren’t without our ac during these HOT Florida summers. I cannot thank them enough for such wonderful customer service, communications, and hard work. Highly recommended One Way Air!
