Stay away from One Way Air. My experience with One Way Air has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've ever had. A preventative maintenance visit turned into a sales appointment before the scheduled maintenance was even completed. Instead of performing the service I requested, the visit quickly became focused on selling me a replacement system. If I could give 10 stars I would. My ac died at 4pm and Jeremy came out at 8pm and fixed it right up. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to the right product I needed to keep our house temperature low. Their service was second to none and I am very happy that we used them for our home. I highly recommend them for any of your home needs.
Luis was great and explained how our unit works after hours
I had an excellent experience with One-Way Air! They responded incredibly quickly and had a technician at my home by 8:45 PM the very same day I called. Louis was outstanding friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right, even late in the evening. I highly recommend One-Way Air, and if you have the opportunity to work with Louis, you'll be in great hands! Would 100% recommendation to one way air!!
One way air provides excellent customer service! I called and was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to be at my home within 2 hrs of my call. Luis M. was our technician and provided excellent service. Luis was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He took his time to answer all of our questions and concerns.
